The last day of school was un-surprisingly long. Technically its not the last day of school but we won't be going to school for lessons anymore, now we're on our OWN. Li Jia Wei lost, i guess shes just old alr, time for feng tian wei to take the stage in 4 years time. That gao something guy(male table tennis player) is a terrible guy, u can't hardly call him a sportsman. 1stly, blaming the absence of your coach for losing. 2ndly, giving up in front of the opponent. 3rd, crying, as a male sportsman.
P-The absence of your coach does not give you the right to blame him or the organisation for your loss. E-Should one have more reason to continue fighting to prove his worth without his coach's absence. A coach's job has ended when the competition begins, if a profession sportsman shows this kind of behaviour, how different is it from a case(quote from my sister), where a little boy says he doesn't want to take exam cause his mother is not around. E-In the women's table tennis finals individuals event, both women played equally well and the loser had not given in even though she may be trailing behind, even when their coaches are not around. E-If women players can show their determination and resolve to win, why can't the men? That man should play for himself, and not for his coach.
P-Regardless of the situation, a sportsman should not give up in the name of sportsmanship. E-The male player should be removed from the team and be sent back to china, he doesn't deserve the title of sportsman. Although u may say a coach is very important, but if the coach really could not be present, (in this case the coach is sick), then shouldn't one make do and strive for the best to show that he or she can complete it without the presence of the coach? E-The male table tennis player gave in, leaving his opponent momentarily shocked that he did not return rallies that were deemed easy to return. E-World champion calibre does not contain space for sportsmen with no fighting sprit and determination. The reason that the coach is not around is not a valid reason for the player to give up.
P-Crying is a nono. E-We understand that at times there are pains in losing, but in this case, he clearly deserved to lose, to some random croatia player. What kind of image is protrayed when a fully grown professional male sportsman cry simply at a loss where he believes the cause to be that his coach is not around resulting in him losing will, especially when one compares with a previous case where feng tian wei beat a south korean lady fair and square on a 3-2 close fight. E-Right after he gave in and lost, he was in tears. E-His actions clearly embarassed and damaged the feelings of singaporean supporters at the venue. In fact the other coaches have spent better time preparing the female team rather than with his man.
The last day i would see the pink, but that sight was enough for me, im not sure where she eyed, but it was good enough.
