woke up today with migriane, ouch. Notice it always happens when i sleep past twelve, and when i sleep past 11, i'll get neck aches. Guess its true, 11-1 is our body's healing time and 1-5 is our body's fatigue recovery period. Disclaimer: this hypothesis is not mine but results of thousands of years of experimentation in China's, some guy from Tong Ren Tang told me.
